These Terms of Use apply to your use of TenseAi, including its desktop applications, agentic systems, and other AI-powered services provided for individuals, as well as any associated software applications, tools, and websites (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form an agreement between you and RecoilLife Pvt. Ltd., an Indian private limited company, and include our Service Terms along with important provisions regarding dispute resolution.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Asia, your use of the Services is governed by these region-specific terms.

Our Business Terms govern the use of TenseAi for Teams, TenseAi APIs, and other enterprise-level services intended for businesses and developers.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. While the Privacy Policy is not part of these Terms, it contains important information that you should review carefully.


Who We Are

TenseAi is an intelligent agent platform developed by RecoilLife Pvt. Ltd., an Indian technology company focused on building automation-first solutions for working professionals, entrepreneurs, and enterprises. Our mission is to eliminate repetitive digital work by offering cutting-edge AI tools that think, act, and assist like human collaborators.

Through proprietary systems like CAW-RP (Contextual Aware Wired – Robotic Process), TenseAi enables users to automate complex tasks across desktops, browsers, and enterprise systems – transforming how individuals and businesses interact with technology.

We are committed to developing safe, powerful, and efficient AI agents that empower users to focus on creativity, decision-making, and growth-  while TenseAi handles the grind.


Registration and access

Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services. 

Registration. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using Our Services

What You Can Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use TenseAi and its associated services. In doing so, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our Usage Guidelines, Sharing & Publication Policy, and any other rules, documentation, or instructions we provide.

You may use TenseAi for personal, educational, or authorized business purposes, provided your use is lawful, ethical, and aligned with these Terms.

 

What You Cannot Do

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activities. For example, you may not:

• Use TenseAi in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any person’s or entity’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  
  
• Modify, copy, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Services or software, unless expressly permitted.
  
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, internal logic, or underlying systems and models used in TenseAi (unless explicitly permitted by applicable law).
  
  
• Automatically or programmatically extract data, responses, or other output from TenseAi.
  
  
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-generated when it is not.
  
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by circumventing rate limits, usage restrictions, or security mechanisms.
  
  
• Use any output from TenseAi to build or train competing AI models or services.
  
  

 

Software

Our Services may allow you to download software applications, including desktop or mobile apps, which may auto-update to keep you on the latest version. Some components may contain open source software subject to separate licenses, which will be made available where applicable.

 

Corporate Domains

If you sign up using an email address associated with an organization (such as your employer), your account may be subject to transfer into that organization’s TenseAi Business workspace. In such cases, you will be notified to facilitate the transition, unless your organization has already informed you that they control accounts using their domain. Once transferred, administrators of that organization may access your content and manage your account, including limiting or revoking your access.

 

Third-Party Services

Some parts of TenseAi may include or rely on third-party tools, software, or data (“Third-Party Services”), and may generate content using them (“Third-Party Output”). These are governed by their own terms and policies, and RecoilLife Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for their performance, content, or reliability.

 

Feedback

We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and ideas to help improve TenseAi. You agree that we may use any feedback you provide without restrictions or obligation to compensate you.

Content

Your Content. You are responsible for the Input you provide and the resulting Output (“Content”). You represent that you have all the necessary rights to the Input.

Ownership of Content. You retain ownership of your Input. Subject to applicable law, RecoilLife assigns to you its rights in the Output.

Similarity of Content. Output may not be unique and may be similar to content provided to other users. Your rights do not extend to content generated for others.

Use of Content. We may use Content to improve our Services, enforce policies, and comply with the law. You may opt out of training-related use via [opt-out link].

Accuracy. TenseAi uses machine learning and may generate inaccurate or incomplete Output. You must evaluate all Output for accuracy before using or relying on it.

Do not use Output to make decisions with legal or material consequences for individuals (e.g., credit, employment, medical, or legal matters).

 

Intellectual Property Rights

RecoilLife and its affiliates retain all rights in the Services. You may only use our branding in accordance with our Brand Guidelines.

 

Paid Accounts

Billing. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Taxes will be applied where required. Access may be suspended for failed payments.

Service Credits. Prepaid credits are governed by our Service Credit Terms.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Price Changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.

 

Return & Refund Policy

TenseAI services are provided on a strictly non-refundable and non-returnable basis. Once a service is activated and access is granted to the platform, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to review all features and request a demo before finalizing the subscription.

 

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms or policies.
• Required by law.
• Your use could cause risk or harm.
• Your account has been inactive for over a year (if unpaid).

We’ll provide advance notice where feasible. Appeals can be submitted via our support team.

 

Discontinuation of Services

We may discontinue Services. If so, we will provide notice and refunds for unused, prepaid Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. Use of Output is at your sole risk and is not a substitute for professional advice.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RecoilLife and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of ₹8,000 or the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

 

Indemnity

If you are a business or organization, you agree to indemnify RecoilLife and its affiliates from third-party claims related to your use of the Services.

 

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration. You and RecoilLife agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of account creation.

Informal Resolution. Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.

Arbitration Forum. Disputes will be resolved under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be held in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Exceptions. Claims related to intellectual property or unauthorized use are not subject to arbitration.

Class and Jury Waivers. Disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions are not permitted. You waive the right to jury trials.

General Terms

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. RecoilLife may transfer its rights.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

Trade Controls. You must comply with applicable trade laws. Services may not be used in embargoed regions or by restricted parties.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and RecoilLife regarding the Services.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
